Gift Of An Angel

I have been given many things
That I will cherish forever
But never the gift of friendship
That you and I share together.

When you were sent to me that day
I knew I had a treasure
And knowing you this very short time
Has really been a pleasure.

Friends come and friends go
But one thing I know for sure
You and I will always be
Friends forever more.

A gift of an angel was sent to me
A precious gift I may add too
For you my friend are my angel
And I think the world of you.
