Kissed By An Angel

If you see an angel
As you go about your day
Her many acts of kindness
Follows you along the way.

If in pain or sorrow
She will help to see you through
Feel the  breeze upon your cheek
An angel's kissing you.

On the various roads we travel
So many things we miss
And yet an angel takes the time
To gift you with a kiss.

Smell the fragrance of lilacs
As it flows around your head
Nary a human near me
Nor a word that has been said.

You may not see her beauty
Transparent she may be
Even though I cannot see her
I know that she sees me.

Thank you my lovely angel
You grace my home with love
I know my Heavenly Father
Sent you to me from above.
