~No Way~

Can't have pets in the house
My Mom says that's taboo
Make's me mad cause all I want
Is a cute little kangaroo.

I wasn't being unreasonable
And wouldn't break the rule
And ask for something foolish
Like a great big silly mule.

How bout something in my bath tub
Like a real pretty shark
Shoot they aren't any trouble
They don't even bark.

You should hear Mom yelling
Running all around the house
I bet I know what happened
She just found my pet mouse.
