Before I met you
When no one was there
To even care.

Then you came along
Your friendship so strong
My whole life was changed
Everything rearranged.

For I had a friend
Whom I could depend
A phone call or email
I could send.

Life is wonderful to me
Because now you see
I have found in you
A friend honest and true.

Someone I admire by far
I think we make a very good pair
