A house without God

Is not a real home

It is only a shell

Not a rock nor a stone.

You will never find happiness

In the luxuries you seek

How can you be happy

When your friends only peek.

The surface such beauty

Of finery and decor

But you need love, happiness

And so much more.

Laughter, mud tracks

Dust here and there

A dish in the sink

 God doesn't care.

He is one family member

Loving me for whom I am

If I can't do it all

I do what I can.

But one thing is certain

This much I do know

Sadly houses out number

The few homes where I go.

Bless Our Home Oh Lord I Pray

Love And Guide  Us Night And Day....
