There's some very special people
That you meet everyday
Even though you do not see them
There is always much to say.

I would like to be to you
A friend as you've been to me
And be close by whenever
You need for me to be.

You are always there to cheer me
At times when I am blue
I want to be a friend like that
Be right there for you too.
