When days are not as they should be
And worry blankets the mind
What a wonderful feeling
If a loving friend we find.

Life can be so lonely
Yet we can have peace of mind
If only we look hard enough
A special friend we'll find.

Days pass by in a frenzy
Long the nights can be
But I'm here to tell you
You have a friend in me.

Whenever we get together
One thing I truly know
We depend on each other
No matter how time might go.

Friendships are made in heaven
For each of us to share
You are a very special friend
Please know my friend I care.
