~Someone Special~

I ask God to watch over you
Someone special and so dear
To keep you happy and healthy
And free from any fear.

His presence we may never see
Yet with you he will stand
Whenever you may need him
He will take you by the hand.

We all need someone sometimes
No matter who we may be
To love us and to guide us
Even a presence we cannot see.

I send this prayer to you today
And ask our Lord above
To keep you in his tender care
And bless you with his love.
