Is not the clothes they wear
The size or color of their skin
The hue of eyes or hair.

The sweetness of a special friend
Is the sparkle in their eyes
The doorway to their open heart
Is a place where love resides.

I wish you pleasant mornings
With sun shining rays
The beauty of a rainbow
On warm and rainy days.

If you have a faithful friend
Cherish them every day
May they always be by your side
