Battle Of The Buldge

I'll start a new diet Monday
I've said it all before
If I don't get started soon
I won't get through the door.

I mean well when I diet
That much I can't deny
I'm gaining weight every day
So I really have to try.

No more junk food that's for sure
And no more pigging out
I must be very careful
What I eat there is no doubt.

I'll watch my waist get smaller
As my figure starts to thin
All that jogging will be worthwhile
When I'm nice and slim.

I visualize myself buying
A dress size number eight
I just hope that I'm not tempted
Or the gain will be my fate.

I exercise in every form
Do my boot camp every day
Just bought a new bikini
But the fat's still in the way.

If you see me eating lolly pops
Or sneaking greasy fries
Please slap my hand and shake your head
Just remind me of my size.

Now the week end is upon me
I'll give myself some space
Before Monday rolls around again
I'm gonna stuff my big fat face.

I'll worry about the pounds
When the week starts anew
When the week end rolls around again
I'll know just what I'll do.

Gosh! This diet thingie is not bad at all...
