Thirty Two And Holding

Thirty Two And Holding

I don't remember getting old
It just sneaked up on me
I wondered what the creaking was
Each time I bent my knee.

They say its arthritis
Well I just don't agree
I'm much too young for that stuff
It just can't happen to me.

And do you know something else
When I lost all my teeth
That silly dentist was crazy
Now he and I have a beef.

My eyes are a little fuzzy
It's not age related you see
These silly glasses are made all wrong
Cuz they just don't fit me.

I don't have birthdays anymore
They leave their mark on you
So I'll be like Jack Benny
And just stay 32.
