I found a place just for
me
A special place where I long to be
The gentle mist upon my face
As I sit all alone in my special place.
Watching the rise of the rippling tide
As boaters enjoy their leisurely ride.
The fresh scent of ocean fresh and blue
This is a time when I think of you
Watching the caps so foamy and white
The sun shines up high with rays so bright
I feel your love, I am not alone
And hear your whisper calling me home.
There I know you wait for me
Someday we will share the beauty of the sea
Yesterday is gone, today almost past
When tomorrow comes we'll be together at last.
Whenever you feel the slightest doubt
Stop and think of what life's all about
No guarantee about life, hope for the best
Our Lord up above will do all the rest.
