When I get up each morning

And don't know what to do

I search my heart and I find

It's because I miss you.

When things seem "topsy turvy"

And I am sad and blue

I know the problem right away

Because I'm missing you.

When I get very lonely

With no one to turn to

And you are nowhere around

Oh yes, I do miss you.

When I get an email

Or a phone call will do

It makes me feel much better

Knowing that you miss me too.

You make each morning happy

As happy as they can be

Because you are so special

And got in touch with me.
