Please come join me one and all

In my heart I know you care

I ask that you kneel with me

On this day of prayer.

Father so many are hurting

Lonely, wounded with fear

Help us through the dark valley's

This prayer I pray you hear.

I pray for the sick and dying

Who's hope is diminished each day

 Give them a heart of faith and love

Please show them your miraculous way.

Bless our friends and love ones

May they open their hearts to you

Be with them and keep them safe

In each thing they may do.

Our nation is at a crossroad

We need your guidance and love

Please have mercy upon us Lord

Protect us from Heaven above.

We are proud of our brave men and women

Who sacrifice their lives each day

Give them courage at this difficult time

May they soon be home to stay.

You will appoint a watchman

To guide us through temptation and strife

I pray for honesty and loyalty

That could affect our very life.

I am an ambassador for Jesus Christ

Do not let false prophets sway

Their silver tongues may entice us

Then they will fade away.

Redeem those who are without hope

Make us wise to thy holy word

Open the eyes of your people

May every prayer be heard.

Please join me in this prayer today

Ask and ye shall receive

Raise your eyes to God in Heaven

For His words we can believe.
