I wish that I could find the words
To say what's in my heart
The love and affection
When near or far apart.
I wish that I could some how
Show you how I feel
Tenderness and emotions
So honest and so real.
If you have ever truly viewed
A rose that blooms in spring
The velvet hues of lovelyness
That only a rose can bring
The fragrant aroma in the breeze
As it filters through the air
Reminds me of someone special
And how much I truly care.
Yes love is like an elegant rose
Full of beauty and grace
And that very special love
In my heart has a unique place.
