Ride on the wings of the morning
Float on the tides of the day
Drive with the force of the evening
Walk as he shows us the way.
Tomorrow may bring bright sunshine
Or maybe a dark cloud above
But nothing can break my spirit
Of the overwhelming spirit of His love.
Commanders hear me far and near
Take up your arms and surge
Gather up your friends and foe
It is the time for us all to merge.
Don't be weary or fretful
Gather joy from far and wide
Let us rise from turmoil and sorrow
And rejoice with love and pride.
Lift up your eyes and be
thankful
For His blessings received each
day
Get down on your knees and thank
Him
And He will show us the way.
