Are you there dear father

Can you hear what I say?

Take this pain from my body

That I carry every day.

Please give me the quality of life

To enjoy as other's do

I need the touch of your healing hand

Will you answer my prayer's to you.

Life is so uncertain

When you live in pain like me

Climbing that glorious mountain

In the valley it's hard to see.

Give me the faith to know my Lord

My pain you'll take away

Give me the courage that it takes

To make it through each day.

Help me overcome the fear

All alone each night

I know someone watches over me

For Jesus you are the light.
