If I had the youth of yesterday

And could step so light and free

Arise with vim and vigor

How happy I would be.

If I could dance like I use to

Or go on a nice long hike

Never worry about what I eat

Or ride another bike.

So many things I dream of

Like wading in a stream

Laying on the soft plush grass

A fantasy it would seem.

I'd like to drift on a mushroom cloud

Viewing the beauty below

Watch a lovely ocean

Beneath a golden glow.

If I had just one wish

I'd make these dreams come true

And then I'd like for you to know

I would give them to you.

Because you are so special

And special you'll always be

Just relax, close your eyes

And share my dreams with me.
